How does the Pay-As-You-Go service work?
All you need to do is ensure that your mobile handset is unlocked and then simply switch your UK SIM card for your new Australian SIM card on arrival. The Australian SIM card works on a Pay-As-You-Go basis therefore to continue using the SIM card you need to purchase top-up vouchers locally in Australia. Top-Up vouchers can be purchased at 1000’s of retail outlets (garages, supermarkets, convenience stores etc) listed below.

The first minute is billed as one complete minute; thereafter you are billed on a 30 second basis. A per call connection charge of 13p applies on all national and international call
Coverage
Please check the coverage before you depart unfortunately we can not issue a refund for poor coverage. However our Australian SIM card offers great coverage of Australia, covering all major costal towns and cities. It also covers Ayers Rock and other tourist attractions. Validity
To keep your account active you must top it up at least once every 60 days or the number will expire. If you do not add any calling credit within a 180 day period, your remaining credit will be lost. Depending on the plan you choose when you activate the top ups have validity of between 30 and 186 days so please consider this at the point of registration – choose the plan and top up validity that suits your needs.
