In partnership with UKTelecom we can offer you a simple and straightforward way to make big savings on your French landline phone. If you have a house in France or live in France and call the UK on a regular basis then this is the service for you.

How does it work?
As with BT in the UK, France Telecom does not offer the best value tariffs and this is where we can save you up to 80% by routing your calls.

We simply route your calls via our network rather than France Telecom. This means that we can save you a small fortune.

How much does it cost?
We do not charge a monthly fee, our service works on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. All we charge for is your actual usage. To view how we compare to France Telecom and a summary of our rates please see below.

What do I need?
First and foremost you will need a landline provided by France Telecom. If you already have a landline just continue to pay the minimum monthly line rental which is around €14.50 per month, however the major cost is obviously for the calls you make and this is where we save you money.

If you do not yet have a landline installed and are concerned about the language barrier and potential complications with France Telecom, do not worry. We can arrange for installation to be done on your behalf for a one off arrangement fee of £19.99 plus France Telecom fees.

Set-up process - How long does it take to set-up?
Once you have your landline connected (or if you already have one installed) we can start saving money on your calls within a day of us receiving and processing your application. While France Telecom transfers your calls to us we will send you an email with a prefix code to use immediately so that your calls can be routed via our platform.  Once France Telecom has completed the transfer you will no longer need to enter the prefix. The whole process generally takes 5-10 working days.

How do I pay?
All you need to do is set up a UK direct debit or the French equivalent (le prélèvement) with ourselves. Then every month 14 days ahead of the direct debit being taken you will receive a fully itemised bill via email. This gives you time to satisfy yourself the bill is accurate. Payment will then be automatically debited on a monthly basis. However if you do not use the service you will not be charged since we only charge for what you use.

How do I order?
All you need to do is complete our simple sign-up process, print off the documents, sign them (we need a signature to set-up your direct debit) and put them in the post to us (or fax them). Once we have received your application we can set-up your prefix number immediately and start saving you money.
