A new low EU data rate, introduced by mobile roaming specialists 0044.co.uk, means that users stand to make big savings, not only on voice calls but whenever they use their handset or a dongle connected to a laptop from within Europe. The new EU data rate of just £1.53 perMB has now been introduced on all 0044 Global SIM cards and International SIM cards for both new and existing customers. With the EU commission seeking to cap data rates in Europe most Global SIM or International SIM providers now appear expensive when compared to the new 0044 offering.
Staying in touch by using your mobile in Europe can still cost a fortune using a UK network SIM.
