To obtain your replacement SIM Email us with the following so we may verify you with the network in question and exchange the SIM;

  • Brand of network SIM card you currently have
  • Date of purchase
  • The full SIM phone number
  • Your full name, postal address, contact number and email address
  • Date the service was terminated
