What solution is best for me?
We would recommend the Basic Plan for customers who visit Spain regularly and wish to avoid the inconvenience of a Pay-As-You-Go SIM card, whilst making great savings and receiving English customer support. If you live, work or plan to study in Spain and spend £15-£30 per month on your UK mobile phone we would definitely recommend the Inclusive 50 Plan.

Also, it is very difficult for English customers to obtain a mobile contract directly with a Spanish network due to the requirement of a Spanish credit history. There are no such problems when acquiring a contract through ourselves.

Subscription Period
A minimum of 9 months for the Inclusive 50 Plan and 12 months for the Basic Plan. After 9 or 12 months (depending on your plan) and on return of the SIM card the contract will be cancelled.

Billing & Payments
There are several ways to pay your monthly itemised bill, once you've reviewed it on-line, depending on your preference. By credit card on our secure web site, at any La Caixa office in Spain, in person at the office in Barcelona or via bank transfer to our business account.

Important Information
You may be requested to provide additional proof of I. D. after purchase to verify delivery address. This is a quick and simple process and ensures you will receive the SIM card promptly and safely. Copies of I.D can be faxed, emailed or posted to ourselves.

Delivery options
Once the application is approved your Spain Pay-monthly SIM will be delivered either to your UK billing address you supplied and will require a signature to ensure safe receipt, or an alternative address. Alternative delivery arrangements can be made by emailing us, immediately after you complete the on-line application, with your order number and change of delivery requirements. Deliveries can be made to Spain addresses providing your name is recognised by the Spanish postal service at your address (or, if renting, your name c/o a landlord at the Spain address). Deliveries can also be made to a relative’s addresses in the UK if you no longer on a UK property. Delivery to Spain incurs an additional £5.00 charge.

GPRS Internet Connection
With GPRS you are able to access email and the Internet from a phone or from a laptop or PDA using your phone, while maintaining a constant connection. The peak data transfer speeds range from 26kbps - 52kbps depending on the hardware used.

Our standard price of £10.57/MB offers a saving compared to the UK network operators whilst in Spain. However if you choose to pay an extra £7.04 per month the cost will be just £2.34/MB. This is a perfect solution for the remote worker or business user.

GPRS is an ideal solution if you do not have a landline internet connection or require access to emails whilst on the move. Examples of applications that require or are suited to GPRS include:

• Sending and receiving email. Large attachments may download more slowly than text-only email
• Internet browsing

As you will be connected with GPRS for long periods of time, you are generally only charged for the information transferred.
One megabyte = 500 wap pages = 20 web pages = 25 emails, approximately.

Roaming
For security reasons roaming is not available on the SIM card. However, if you merely wish to check your voicemail whilst roaming (in the UK) this can be easily done by remotely calling your new Spanish mobile number from a landline and entering your security code.
