0044 Freedom is the first range of pay-monthly mobile plans to offer fantastic local and international rates in the UK and free incoming calls in most European countries.

How does it work?
You simply subscribe to a 24 month contract at £26.65 or £32.25 per month (Ex. VAT) then once a month you will receive a fully itemised bill and an invoice from O2 for your usage and line rental. On the 13th month of the contract you’ll also be eligible for a free handset upgrade.

These plans have been designed for people who want good value for money and great savings – whether using the phone for business or leisure.
The 0044 Freedom plans have been created for anyone who wishes to use the same mobile number at home and abroad whilst, avoiding roaming charges throughout Europe and saving money. It is that simple.
Roaming
0044 Freedom allows you to avoid expensive roaming charges throughout Europe (Zone 1 – listed below). You can also use 0044 Freedom outside of Europe and benefit from reduced roaming charges.

Unlimited Free Calls to O2 numbers!
Both tariffs offer free* calls to other O2 numbers whilst in the UK. This means that if a contact of yours is on O2 you can all them for free at anytime. This can produce massive savings if the recipient of the call is traveling in Europe since they will not pay to receive the call either when using a 0044 Freedom plan.
Free calls to 10 of your favourite UK landlines!
The 0044 Freedom tariffs both offer free unlimited calls to 10 nominated UK land line numbers beginning; 01, 02 or 03 so you can call your friends and family and talk for as long as you want! Nominate your 10 numbers after your first month of billing once your contract is live.
Subscription Period
A minimum of 24 months and then after this period you can cancel the contract with one month's notice. However, it’s our aim to ensure you are happy with the service we provide and that you will therefore choose to renew your contract and receive the latest fantastic benefits.
Data Options
For data access we provide two additional options that can be added to the chosen monthly package. ‘Data Abroad’ provides 10 Mb of roamed data usage per month for £10.00 p/month (Ex.VAT) and for heavier users ‘Data Abroad Max’ provides up to 50 Mb per month of data usage for £35.00 p/month (Ex.VAT). Additional User Saving
Additional users can be added to the contract (1 additional user on Freedom 300 and up to 3 on Freedom 500) and benefit from the same contract features and handset but at a lower monthly rate; Freedom 300 at £12.00 per month and Freedom 500 at £12.00 per month. If you operate a small business or feel that you and another family member may be suited to more than one contract then these additional user savings represent tremendous value.

International Coverage
Our SIM card will work on any local GSM network whilst abroad. Please note that certain countries require tri-band handsets (e.g. USA) or quad band handsets (e.g. Morocco) and the Nokia handset we provide is a dual band model. To check the coverage at your destination please click here.
Can I port my existing UK mobile number?
Yes you can, all you need to do is contact your existing network to obtain a PAC (Port Authorization Code).Then, inform us at point of purchase stating your existing number and PAC. Please do not proceed with the order until you have the PAC code as the number can not be ported after the order has been placed. We will dispatch your new mobile & SIM, no temporary number will be supplied. You will be able to continue using your existing mobile/SIM until the number is ported.
How do I get billed?
Our relationship with our service provider means that we have the ability to create the savings you expect at home whilst delivering free European roaming. You’ll therefore see a payment being taken for the monthly line rental as described above e.g. Freedom 300; £26.65 + VAT (= £31.31) This repeats on a monthly basis for the full 24 months. On the 13th month we provide you with a free handset upgrade.
How am I billed for calls outside my inclusive minutes?
Once you have used your allocation of inclusive minutes or texts you’ll see any additional calls, texts or data usage highlighted on your monthly bill. These are charged at the rates above. E.g. 8p/min to call a UK landline.
Free Nokia 2630 handset
The Nokia 2630 is a simple & stylish mobile phone that comes with a built in camera and FM radio. The phone comes with Bluetooth facility, plenty of storage space for your; phonebook contacts, calendar entries, messages & photos. The handset is ultra slim and weighs 66 grams which provides a solid but light feel.
The 2630 has a practical keypad design and is a compact size. The navigation key and rectangular keypad layout make it easy to use, and the menus are also intuitive, making it easy to access the phone's functions. The phone also has dual band functionality which means it will work in the majority of countries including Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
