Validity and Activation
The SIM can be activated online before you leave and your Australian mobile number is printed on the SIM card pack that you receive. To keep your account active you must top it up at least once every 120 days or the number will expire. If you do not add any calling credit within a 120 day period, your remaining credit will be lost. Unfortunately these SIM cards cannot be reconnected and the mobile number also stops being available for you to use after this time.
Topping-Up
Adding credit to your account is simple and can be done online, over the phone or at thousands of national retailers by asking for a Lebara mobile top up and paying with cash or a credit card.
Pre-paid data
Pre-paid data can be set up directly with Lebara on arrival � refer to your user guide for full contact details for Lebara Australia. Please note that Lebara do not currently support Blackberry data usage.
