How does it work?
By routing your calls via our platform we can save you up-to 90% on your international calls. Our platform can be used in over 50 countries throughout the world by using our range of access numbers. The service is prepaid so all you need to do is purchase a new card when your credit expires.
What is it?
Our Global Phone card is a virtual card. This means that instead of receiving a physical card once you have placed your order you will simply receive a 20.00€ calling credit voucher and a PIN number via email.
How much does it cost?
We do not charge a monthly fee, our service works on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. All we charge for is your actual usage.
How do I make a call?
When abroad in one of the 50 countries (listed on our coverage table) simply dial one of our toll free and/or city access numbers. After dialling your access number you enter your PIN number and your remaining balance will be announced. You then dial your international number.
1. Dial the access number for the country you're in
2. Enter your PIN number (found on your confirmation email)
3. Dial the number you require, including the full national and international codes

How do I top-up?
Rather than topping-up you simply purchase a new phone card and PIN number, this can be done online 24/7.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We disclose every charge that you will incur using a landline as detailed on the web site. Please be aware that depending on the method that you are using to access our service certain surcharges may apply - for mobile access please check first with your foreign mobile provider. This is required to cover the cost imposed by the local operator.
