How do i receive my phone card?
We do not send orders through regular mail. As soon as your online transaction is completed, you will receive an email with your phone card PIN number.

When I order, will I get my pin instantly?
Yes, in normal circumstances you will receive your pin instantly. If you are placing your order for the very first time then our system may request that we speak to you first to ensure that it is a genuine order.

What does "local access" mean?

Local access means that instead of using a toll free number to dial into our system to place a call, you dial a local number in your area code. Many of our phone cards have local access numbers. If your phone card offers local access please use a local access number to get the most minutes possible out of your card. If a local access number is not available in your city, you can also use our toll free number

When am I billed?
Your credit card is only billed for the pre-charged amount. Each call usage is taken out of this pre-charged balance. Billing is by the minute.

If I call from a hotel will I get charged for calling the toll free number?
The saving over normal hotel phone charges can be amazing. Majority of the hotels do not charge for calling a toll free number, but we recommend that you check this before dialing.

If I want to make many calls do I have to initiate each one?
No. If you are about to finish one call then you can simply press # # and then you can make a follow on call.

What happens if i have a problem with my phone card?
If you have a problem with a phone card access number, experience quality problems, or are unable to use your phone card, please call customer services by dialling the access number for the country that you are in and pressing 2 .
