Shipping / Delivery

Summary
Information about the shipping and delivery of your 0044 order.

Shipping Times
The expected time of shipping (ETS) can vary from product to product. An outline is given on the product detail page beneath the buy button. Our current average time for shipping is 24hrs and delivery is 5-7 working days.

Delivery Times
Orders may become delayed due to the incorrect or incomplete information being supplied. In addition, some products can sometimes go out of stock due to popularity. In such cases deliveries will be delayed. However, we will let you know of any problems with your order.

Delivery Charges
We provide several delivery options for UK and international orders;

» £0.99 - UK First Class, Single Item - delivery between 1-3 working days.
» £1.99 - UK First Class, Multiple Items - delivery between 1-3 working days.
» £7.99 - UK Next Day Delivery - available on all orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs.
» £0.99 - Republic Of Ireland - delivery between 3-5 working days.
» £3.99 - International - delivery between 10-15 working days
» £9.99 - International Express Delivery - delivery between 5-7 working days

Lost or missing orders
If you received a "shipped" email more than seven working days ago and have still not received your parcel. Please contact us.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

To ensure that all transactions are protected against fraud and processed efficiently, orders can only be accepted for delivery to the registered card holder’s address. Please ensure your delivery address accurately matches your billing address for your credit or debit card.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims Damage in transit
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 working days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
