• How is it so cheap to make international calls and where is the catch?

• How do I get billed?

  All calls are billed by your telephone provider at their relevant 902 rates. The rates we publish are from a Telefonica landline - so unless you are using a standard Telefonica landline, please check before dialing. When you receive your bill you will see that you have dialed our access number and the calls will be charged at the rates displayed on our web site.

• How does calling from a mobile work?

  It is possible to dial our 902 876 869 number from a mobile however you may be charged as much as 30c/min to make the call. We would definitely recommend that you check the cost with your network operator before dialing. Alternatively, take a look at our International SIM card.

• Are there any off-peak times?

  No, all times of day have the same calling rate, so no matter what time you call, you always get our low call rate of 7.2c/min

• Why is there a connection charge?

  Unfortunately the connection fee is not decided by us, otherwise it would not exist! Your landline provider or mobile provider will charge a fee to connect to our service. Telefonica charge a 10c connection charge when using 902 numbers. However, this is less than the 12 cents connection charge that they impose when you call an international number directly.

• Can I get cheap calls from my mobile?

  Unfortunately Spanish Network operators have just introduced a premium to call 902 numbers. Therefore we would recommend that you check the cost to call our 902 number with your network before dialing.
