Before attempting to return a SIM card please see our Returns Policy. Products returned to the incorrect address and without correct authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned directly to the sender. Please Email Us for your authorisation code and the returns address and we will deal with your enquiry promptly and efficiently.

    If you call and the office is closed or the phone lines are engaged please either leave a message or send an email instead and we will respond to your enquiry at the earliest available opportunity.

2011 Christmas and New Year delivery times & opening hours

The 0044 Ltd phone lines will be closed for the festive period as of 5pm Friday 16th December and will re-open Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 9am.

  • General customer support

    General support will be provided 24/7 during this closure period by email through info@0044.co.uk and all enquires or support requests will be answered promptly within a 12 hour period. Email support will not be available during 25th and 26th December.

  • Deliveries

    The last dispatch date to ensure UK delivery prior to Christmas will be on Tuesday 20th December and orders must be placed online before 12 noon on the 20th. Orders placed after noon on Tuesday 20th (and before noon on the 28th) will be dispatched Wednesday 28th December.

    Orders placed after noon 28th December will be dispatched Tuesday 3rd January 2012.

    Please remember that delivery times may be affected by the Christmas postal service in your local area. For urgent delivery requests outside of these times please email us at info@0044.co.uk and we will attempt to meet your requirements if possible.
