Before attempting to return a SIM card please see our Returns Policy. Products returned to the incorrect address and without correct authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned directly to the sender. Please Email Us for your authorisation code and the returns address and we will deal with your enquiry promptly and efficiently.

2015 Christmas and New Year delivery times & opening hours

The 0044 Ltd phone lines will be closed for the festive period as of 5pm Wednesday 23rd December and will re-open Monday 4th January 2016 at 9am.

  • General customer support

    General customer support will be provided 24/7 during this closure period by email through and all enquires or support requests will be answered promptly within a 12 hour period. (Email support will not be available during 25th and 26th December.)

  • Deliveries

    The last dispatch date to ensure UK delivery prior to Christmas will be on Friday 18th December and orders must be placed online before 12 noon on the 18th. Orders placed after noon on Friday 18th will be dispatched Monday 21st December and orders must be placed by 12 noon on the 21st. Orders placed after noon 22nd December will be dispatched Monday 28th December 2015. Please remember that delivery times may be affected by the Christmas postal service in your local area.
